EKTECH Systems Engineering Sdn Bhd, a company under the EKTECH Group, won a RM7.6m Extra-Low-Volatage (ELV) contract from a major Property Developer to supply and implement Smart Solutions for a high-end residential development Kuala Lumpur.
The Transit-Oriented-Development (TOD) in central Kuala Lumpur has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of over RM700 million with 1,000 units of apartment, will be located next to a LRT and MRT interchange.
EKTECH Systems Engineering has been engaged to supply and implement the latest Smart Homes solution with Smart Digital Locks, security systems like IP surveillance with Video Analytics, Cardless Access Control and Visitor Management Systems, Perimeter Intrusion Detection Alert System, and Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) for broadband services and SMATV infrastructure.
